Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inzaura, an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation platform operated by Inzaura ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Inzaura (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Inzaura is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-assisted tools for creating LinkedIn content. Tools include an AI Post Generator, Topic Generator, Post Editor, Carousel Maker, Quote and Meme Generators, Content Calendar, Voice Training, Profile Analyzer and Optimizer, Post Analyzer, and Analytics Analyzer.

Inzaura does not post to LinkedIn on your behalf and does not scrape LinkedIn. You remain responsible for publishing any content on LinkedIn directly.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans

Inzaura offers a Free plan with limited monthly AI generations, and a Pro plan at USD $10 per month with expanded limits and additional tools. Full plan details are on the Pricing page.

14-Day Trial

New accounts may receive 14 days of full Pro access without a credit card. At the end of the trial, if you have not upgraded, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. No charge is made unless you actively subscribe.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Inzaura does not store your full card number.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. On cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not provided. For full details, see our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Win-Back Offer

From time to time, we may offer eligible users a discount, such as 50 percent off Pro for a limited period. These offers are optional, non-transferable, limited to eligible accounts, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Only one active discount applies at a time.

Taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your local jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringes any third-party rights.
  • Abuse, circumvent, or attempt to exceed AI generation limits or rate limits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights from the Service.
  • Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or violate LinkedIn's own terms of service.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including limiting features, suspending, or terminating your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You own the content you input into the Service and the outputs generated for you, subject to your compliance with these Terms and any restrictions imposed by upstream AI providers. You are free to use, publish, and adapt those outputs for personal and commercial use.

Our Platform

Inzaura and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including the platform, code, design, templates, workflows, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you any rights in Inzaura's brand, trademarks, or software beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

License to Process

You grant Inzaura a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit content you submit solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including sending prompts to AI providers to generate responses for you.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs from the Service are AI-assisted and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that requires editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving any content before publishing it, sharing it, or relying on it.

Inzaura does not guarantee any specific outcome, including engagement, reach, growth, follower count, leads, revenue, or performance on LinkedIn or any other platform.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers, including Gemini by Google for AI generation and Razorpay for payment processing. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' own terms and policies for the limited data required to deliver those functions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inzaura and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Inzaura's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Inzaura in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or exposed us or other users to risk. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email to your account address at least 7 days before they take effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
