Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Inzaura collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Inzaura website and application (the "Service").

1. Data We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and authentication identifiers from your login provider (for example, Google if you use Google sign-in).

Content You Provide

We store the content you create or upload in Inzaura, including:

  • Text you paste or type into the Post Generator, Post Editor, Topic Generator, Post Analyzer, and other tools.
  • Voice samples you provide for Voice Training.
  • PDF files you upload to the Profile Analyzer.
  • CSV and XLSX files you upload to the Analytics Analyzer.
  • Carousels, quote images, memes, calendar entries, and saved topics.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information such as feature interactions, generation counts (for enforcing plan limits), timestamps, and error logs. This helps us operate and improve the Service.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay collects and processes your payment details directly. Inzaura receives limited transactional metadata such as your subscription status, billing amount, and payment status. We do not store your full card number or CVV.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including AI generation and account features.
  • To send prompts and context to AI providers (Gemini by Google) so we can return generated content to you.
  • To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and secure the Service.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send essential account and service notifications.
  • To improve the Service through aggregated analysis of usage patterns.

We do not use your content to train foundation AI models.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on our managed backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase). Data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (for example, invoices) for legal or tax purposes.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share only the data necessary with these providers to deliver the Service:

  • Gemini (Google): we send prompts and relevant context so the AI can generate responses. See Google's privacy terms for how they handle API data.
  • Razorpay: for payment processing, subscription management, and invoicing.
  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase: our backend infrastructure provider for database, authentication, and hosting.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Export your content, including your posts and saved items.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your account and associated content.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Inzaura uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as theme), and operate core features. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add product analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose the tool and the purpose.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for the underlying database, role-based access controls, and row-level security policies. No system is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your account.

8. Children's Privacy

Inzaura is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us data, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

Inzaura operates from India. If you access the Service from outside India, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or in any country where our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, subject to the safeguards described in this policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 7 days before they take effect, where reasonably practicable. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
