Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We want the billing side of Inzaura to be simple and predictable. This page explains exactly how cancellation and refunds work for our Pro subscription.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

New accounts can try Pro free for 14 days without a credit card. If you do not upgrade during the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Nothing is charged unless you actively subscribe.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel Pro at any time from your billing page inside the app.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You keep Pro access until that period ends, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • There are no cancellation fees.

3. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees paid to Inzaura are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Partial months of unused service after a cancellation.
  • Periods of low usage or non-usage.
  • Discounted or promotional subscriptions, including win-back offers.

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after successful cancellation, contact us at billing@inzaura.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund verified errors promptly.

4. Auto-Renewal

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You will not receive a refund for a period that has already been billed unless one of the exceptions above applies.

5. Downgrades and Account Deletion

Cancelling Pro does not delete your account or your saved content. You can continue to use the Free plan or request full account deletion through the app or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for how deletion is handled.
